Terms Of Service

Thank you for visiting our website. This document is our Terms of Service (i.e. “Agreement”) for our Company’s website. It is a legally binding contract between our Company; visitors; users; and customers. If you do not like or agree with these terms or are under the age of eighteen, we ask that you do not use; access this website; or reserve services through our Company.

We reserve the right to amend or change our Terms of Service at any time and by your continued use of our website and services, you are agreeing to these provisions. Our Privacy Policy is separate from this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, Tucson Supreme Clean LLC may also mean “We”, “Us” or “Our”. And Customer or Client may also mean “You” or “Your”.

Tucson Supreme Clean LLC is not the employer of the house cleaner or technician referred to you. We refer highly vetted cleaning professionals in the area to our customers.


Cleaning Services

Tucson Supreme Clean LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services.

When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information as well as selecting a specific cleaning service. We may also require information regarding the size of the premises, number of bathrooms, and other relevant details. All bookings include a one to two (1–2) hour arrival window due to traffic, weather, scheduling delays, or force majeure events. Rate changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated via email or text message.


Scheduling and Confirmation

Confirmation: Booking a service does not guarantee an appointment at the requested date and time. Scheduling conflicts may occur. A representative of Tucson Supreme Clean LLC will contact you by phone or email to confirm your appointment.

To keep pricing competitive and reduce travel costs, cleanings are scheduled to minimize drive time. While we attempt to honor specific time requests, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

The Customer is expected to be present at the property unless alternative arrangements (lockbox, key, or access code) have been provided in advance.

If our representative or agent is unable to access the property, a $100.00 lockout fee will apply.

Arrival Window: A one to two-hour arrival window is permitted. If delays occur, we will notify you via call or text message.


Payment

Payment may be made by credit or debit card through our online portal or via phone. We accept all major cards and reserve the right to securely store payment information for billing purposes. Cards are charged only after services are rendered.

Payment Options

Customers may schedule one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings. Additional services may be added through the website or by requesting a custom quote.

Recurring clients authorize Tucson Supreme Clean LLC to charge the card on file after each completed service.

Financial Responsibility

Customers are financially responsible for all outstanding balances, including collection costs, legal fees, or administrative fees associated with unpaid services.


Refunds

Refunds are not offered. If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Services will not be performed in environments involving weapons, aggressive animals, extreme clutter, unsafe conditions, or disconnected utilities.


Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice

Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations within 24 hours, denied access, or no-shows will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.


Security and Access

By scheduling services, you authorize our representatives access to the property.

Security systems must be disabled or access instructions provided in advance. Failure to do so may result in lockout fees.

We are not responsible for damages or theft when access is provided via unsecured methods (keys under mats, unlocked doors, etc.).

Keys in our possession will be returned within 48 hours of service termination.


Customer Equipment

If customer equipment is used, Tucson Supreme Clean LLC assumes no responsibility for damage, malfunction, or maintenance of that equipment.


Special Cleaning Instructions

Green or customer-supplied products must be disclosed and provided in advance.

We do not perform mold remediation, biohazard cleaning, hoarding cleanup, or clean bodily fluids, animal waste, or litter boxes.


Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, or undisclosed fragile items. All damages must be reported within 24 hours.


Non-Solicitation

Customers agree not to solicit or hire any employee, contractor, or agent of Tucson Supreme Clean LLC during service or for one (1) year following termination.


Website Usage

Users may not copy content, scrape data, misuse forms, interfere with site functionality, or engage in harassment or unlawful activity.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.


E-Sign

Electronic signatures are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures.
